FPGAView License Request Form

Thank you for purchasing FPGAView. Use this form to request a permanent license for FPGAView. To obtain a license file for FPGAView provide the following required information. Once the product license key number is validated FS2 will send an email immediately with the text for your license file and instructions on how to install the license.

Details such as the company name and address, and the features being licensed were recorded when the software was purchased and are stored in our internal database. These cannot be changed when requesting a license. The license file will be generated with all orderd features enabled.

HOSTID Information

Depending on the sku of the purchased product, you must determine the correct HOSTID to enter into the form. It will be one of the following:

  • NIC Address For FPGAView/TLA you need to enter the NIC address of PC or TLA that is running FPGAView. For FPGAView/MSO (licensed to the PC) you need to enter the NIC address of the PC that will be running FPGAView

    You can retrieve the NIC Address on a Windows PC by opening a command prompt windows and executing the "ipconfig /all" commmand. The NIC address will be displayed in the command output. If you are running a VPN connection, be sure that you do not provide the virtual NIC address created by the VPN.

  • MSO Serial Number For FPGAView/MSO (licensed to the MSO) you need to provide the serial number for the MSO. The serial number will be "B0xxxxx" or "C0xxxxx".

An license for this product license key will only be issued once. If an attempt is made to request another license using the same product license key, that request will be denied. You must use a valid, active email address. The license file will be emailed to this address. You must be able to receive this email. Please ensure that fs2.com is not blocked by any spam filters.

A license file will be generated and sent to you by email. Copy the text of this license file (clearly delineated in the email) to a text file on the computer hosting the license. This license file will ONLY work on the PC with the NIC address you supplied. Contact FS2 at support@fs2.com if you have questions or problems licensing the product.
